FÅRTEX® DURABLE
FÅRTEX® DURABLE is an insulation made from 80% pure Swedish wool and 20% PLA. PLA is added to make the insulation more durable and wear-resistant. PLA is a bioplastic – a plastic made from renewable resources, most commonly from corn stalks. It is compostable and can break down under the right industrial conditions.

As with all wool garments, the recommended method is to air the garments containing FÅRTEX® . Wool has natural antibacterial properties and effectively neutralizes unpleasant odors.
If the outer fabric layer surrounding the insulation becomes soiled, it is advisable to first attempt spot cleaning by hand. If this is insufficient, the garment may be washed at 30 degrees Celsius.
Do not tumble dry; simply lay the garment flat to dry,and it will be clean and fluffy once again.
